    Guys, Robyn is right here. The purpose of her being here was for that. Not to answer specific customer service type questions. Granted I agree, that CS is not much help! Cut Robyn a little slack, she is doing what is in HER power.

    So let me get this straight.... you got your EUC approved 8-28, and no invoice yet? Today is 9-24. Almost a full month later.... and you are just now trying to resolve it?
