they say the otter runs and drives. they said someone offered 13000 for the otter and not enough. Not any for sale online anywhere, so its hard to say. And i agree if its not running it could be costly. the tracks are doable in my opinion, not real complicated.

Found M76 Otter Running condition I found an m76 otter n running condition. It needs tires and some track bands. you could probably repair the tracks to drive it easily. Everything is intact, been in an airplane hanger for 20 years. He wont give me a price and told me to make a serious offer...
