I wanted to get a start weight but time got away from me and we had to start building if it was going to be ready for the rally, but i will get a final weight when we are done, if I had to guess though I would say somewhere between 6-8K.

Those are called clecos, think of it like a spring loaded temperary fastener. That's actually my mom's house, which is also a bed and breakfast.
