    Whats my next step? MVA or Not.

    I finally rescued my XM820 expansible from Manatachie, MS. Drove it 907 miles to Ellicott city, MD. The seller gave me the sf-97 which is in the GL as the transeree.... it then has a re-assignment of the sf-97 to the previous owner. I have a bill of sale that shows that i bought the vehicle...
