Is their a hydraulic assist steering available for these trucks?
IOW, not a kit like Toms, nor full hydraulic, but a hydraulic version of the Air-O-Matic, if you will?
Looks awesome. I'll be a potential future customer for sure, unless I happen to find a good used air assist cheaper.
The OEM steering wheel in the M35a2 is way too big for a fatass like me to get behind. :(
I would be interested if it could be done in the sub-$1500 ballpark.
I wouldn't have a problem with getting a pump and box from a junkyard. Hoses I would want NEW.
The more bolt on (and fewer weld-in) components, the better, IMHO.
