    You might get them to sell parts off the items they buy for scrap. Could help a few people out and they could make a little more money.

    Obviously there could be major mechanical damage. Does it move at all or is it locked up. If it is locked up you could try soaking the cylinders with some oil to see if you can break them free by hand.
