Mainsail, I just took the hose clamp off, pushed the heavy black boot back, labeled and cut the wire I needed long, the ones not needed short, slid old boot off. The new boot was a bit tight but some silicone spray and it slid right on, wired the 7 way plug on, and pulled the new boot up to it...

Yeah, I have a buddy that runs a junk yard and is going to pull 3 for me. I already have a set of tires for the rims. Once that is done I will slide my S-250 shelter in it and work on making a boarding latter and battery boxes. Has anyone ever cut into the sides of one of these? The S-250 will...

So you took the tow adapter, flipped around to make the pintle higher. I was thinking about this. My stock hitch is at 17.5 " and the trailer is at 29". Thinking that much incline will mess with the surge brakes.

:jumpin: Dang at those prices, I could by 2 here in NC, stack them on top of each other, drive to WA, sell them and pay for my trip.

Got the word yesterday that my EUC has cleared. Plan to ride down to Ft.Bragg and pick it up next Wed. Now got to get a hitch and some lights for it. Will a 2" ball pintle hitch be best or the other plane type. I normally run a 2" ball on my truck, so trying to keep from swapping around as much.
