What I've done this past month...
Bought another trailer to do the bed right
Replaced the bad T-case
Got a friend un-stuck
Took her to the beach
Got dressed up for Homecoming
And now installing a new winch
Finished winch install
Installed the new AMA-5104UT alternator today, voltage checked out right at 27.7 VDC without any adjustments. Modified the battery box & added some battery hold down clamps to keep them in place. Also installed some 24VDC LED illuminated tip accessory switches for some of my add on lights.
Pulled the alternator yesterday, voltage regulator crapped out last week. Ordered a new regulator from Eriks... http://www.eriksmilitarysurplus.com/reasforam60a.html
Replaced the Air Pack (old/long style) the rear stud mount was broke, reconnected the service & aux gladhands to their lines (lines were cut & crimped), new rubbers for the gladhands, fresh DOT5 in the brake lines.
Yeah, they worked out real good, I feel better now having things secured.
Those little power converters I showed you were not going to give me enough amps for the radio, picked this 30amp Pyle instead.
THANKS
