    IAC temps are likely not that hot given the low amount of boost these turbos produce. and a good ATW intercooler should drop temps more than 90°. all 'waste gates' operate in this way, sorta; except they are limiting drive pressure, not compressor speed. these are called 'blow-off valves'...
