If you print that out it and do like a 1/4 inch gap around the typing you'll have 5x4. If you have a place to have the sticker made you should be all set.

That should be a fairly easy item to reproduce. Nothing fancy to it just balck on white legal mumbo jumbo!

They do make portable scanners, but I would think that with it being on the dash it might be difficualt to scan. I would think a very good digital picture might be better. If I could get a pic of one I bet I could make a word or pdf doc that was very very close.
