    EUC turn arounds do get faster

    From everything I've read on here, I thought once it went to BC the only thing I could do is wait. I don't even know how to contact BC, all I can find is GL's e-mail and customer service phone number, nothing on BC. Jim

    I must be an exception, my 5th EUC has been at BC for almost 45 days. I'm also waiting for #6, but thats *only* been 18 days. Jim

We get it, advertisements are annoying!
