We're three weeks out. I'd like to get an updated count on families staying at the off-road ranch and vehicles going to the museum so I can give a relatively accurate count to each location.

Funny Shoes, we have room for everyone. Dhallftworth, there is always a swap meet at the museum open house, but it usually opens Thursday or Friday (you'll have to check the museum's schedule) If you are wanting to offer stuff to just the people at our little gathering, I have no problem with it.
