    AS-1729 vs as-3900

    Both of these antennas are designed for use in the VHF spectrum from 30 -75 Mhz and I don't think either would work particularly well in the UHF world. Look for a RF-390 or an MP-3512 antenna rated from 30 - 512 Mhz. If your looking for long distance comms your going the wrong way. You want...
