    Torque arm and brake problems out in a field

    It looks to be the axle grease seals for the wheel bearings failed , hub has to come off to fix. The torque should be able to be put back on the bushing ( probably easier said than done in the field but doable) either straps or a portable welder and weld a washer to hold in place to limp home...
