    At least with a belt driven pump a leaking seal is not hidden inside the engine like a gear driven pump

    Make sure you cycle the steering from lock to lock about a half dozen times, hold the wheel at each lock for a few seconds, to get the air out. Also check for leaks to find out where the fluid went to in the first place. Is your pump belt or gear driven?

    When you take the cdl test it is divided into several parts. First is the cdl test, second is air brakes, third is combination vehicles for the class a, then there are the endorsements if you want them and finally you have to take the class c test again. It is not that hard I missed a total of 4...

    It is a lot cheaper down here. It sounds like they quoted the price for the government subsidized program. Down here they will charge you per lesson and not just a fixed fee.

    The cdl is not that hard to get. Personally I do not drive vehicles home from gl because you do not know the condition or issues and the vehicle has probably sat for a year to cycle through the system. Better safe than sorry.
