    CUCV Cooling System Upgrade Kit

the hummer kit is different than the cucv. the cucv kit has a t that goes into the system at the rear plate, so the sensor has a place to be installed. you may need a mixed kit if you are running a hummer cross over and the cucv sensors. the Humvee and cucv kits are different.

    CUCV Cooling System Upgrade Kit

I will let the op chime in but yes it appears to be AN 4 I just got my set. I don't have my heads back yet and my flowkooler water pump is on back order The parts all look good, nice quality. I thought the lines would be bigger. I suppose to much flow would not be a good thing either...

    CUCV Cooling System Upgrade Kit

You can purchase in line thermostats, just wondering if it would be simplified and give better flow if the rear cross overs connected to an in line thermostat which could then return to the radiator side of thermostat. It would be possible also to split the radiator hose with a simple T. This...

    CUCV Cooling System Upgrade Kit

that is the glow plug controller card sensor but not the one you need That one goes in the passenger side port right behind exhaust manifold. The one you need is for the idiot light. It goes in the block off plate. I can possibly get a picture of mine.

    CUCV Cooling System Upgrade Kit

I have thought about taking the back to ports and connecting them to the heater core, plug the front heater hose connection. this will give you a bypass operating full time in the back of the motor and in the front. you cannot extend the thermostat housing very much or the bolt will be in the...

    CUCV Cooling System Upgrade Kit

post some pics of the cross over. all cucv's to my knowledge use same cross over. thermostat facing radiator. with hose connection for bypass and heater core. and I believe all cucv's have the same sensor in the back of the engine, drivers side, passenger side is a block off plate. There is a...

    CUCV Cooling System Upgrade Kit

Ok, that could work. I don't have a cross over to send you, I am in need of mine to finish my build. there should be someone out there with a loner. may want to put it in the want adds. I think in hot areas, it would work best if it were running through the bypass. This would give you a bypass...

    CUCV Cooling System Upgrade Kit

what I am trying to say is there is no place to connect on the cross over besides the bypass or the heater hose. unless you drill tap and thread the cross over, you cannot connect to it. you may be able to make a thermostat housing extension but the 6.2 cross over has no sensors or other...

    CUCV Cooling System Upgrade Kit

The only access to the front cross over would be between the water pump and cross over, you would have to put a T in the short hose. this would connect your two rear feeds to the bypass on the water pump so you would have flow at all times, The rear sensor plate can be ordered it just has a...
