Mount the Oil Cooler and Filter housing remotely on the left side of the hood (where to put the heater then...). Almost seems like a one way flow valve would be the best thing to install in the supply side of the filter housings.

What about an electric oil pump that's a bypass that pushes oil into the galleries and gets Oil Pressure up for a wet start? Flip a switch, watch the oil pressure come up, flip the switch off, then start the engine.
