    Good morning, crankshaft, Test stand is all steel, base is 2 x 4 tubular and mating surface for engine 1/2 in plate steel. Opening cut with torch and ground smooth, welded to base. Casters and pull handle available at tractor supply shop. Nothing fancy but works great and very stable.
