    Good to hear ! You'll be glad you went with this style of shaft as the steering "feel" is so much better then the "rag" .

    Don't give up on the shaft yet. They are really far superior to the original "rag" coupler. Make sure there is no burrs on either shaft, then making sure you are "straight" in alignment, try and tap it in again. It is a tight fit. Then make sure you install the "through" bolt before you tighten...

    I replaced mine with a stainless steel unit with U-joints from "Borgeson" . It has worked great for 10 years now.
