    There's really only one way to prevent condensation from forming and that is to install a small heater in your vehicle. You will have to leave it on all the time now until spring.     Are you sure the glow plug has power and is working ? Our buses use the "Wabco" heater on them and that is a common problem.

    I agree. You should at the very least get a new "silicone" front pump seal along with using Synthetic ATF. The silicone seals are usually "red or reddish in color" . They can handle extreme heat. The racers use them. I installed one in my CUCV just because.
