    Yes ! That looks like the one, or near enough. Also there was a "Air/Hydraulic" unit that supplied hydraulic brake fluid to larger trailers that originally had hydraulic "surge brakes" . It was very expensive though. Like over $1000.00 .

    There was a kit several years ago that did just that. I cannot remember the companies name, though you might find it with Google.
