That is the interlock solenoid air supply. Since you delete the valve just tie the airline up somewhere or delete the valve and all its lines if you want.
Interlock solenoid is round on top of the transfer case. Its round. The lunar valve is square. 2 screws hold it on. It's got a little roller on the end where the washer is.

The axle lock in has no pulse for its light to make it flash nor is its light ran thru the warning buzzer. . Your lights were just put back in the wrong socket. Means you have a bad air tank pressure switch.
