Nope, you only have four reverse speeds using low range however, with the stand-alone hi/lo shifter, it's a breeze compared to the faxtory six speed shifter. Just simply slip into low then hit the reverser and you have four reverses to select from.

If you get a factory 8 speed HI - LO shifter you can slap it right into the top cover of the tranny by pulling the block off plate and bolting it on. You have to do the shift plate and shift rail mods, obviously...but you don't need to go in through the side. I have a PTO on my tranny.

This 8 speed conversion isn't my idea by any means but will work for my Mogs application very well. I wanted to post this pic earlier but forgot...one of those days. It shows the gearing and you can see how the low range overlaps into the high range which makes this such a nice...
