Picked up a 1983 300SD last week for the Mrs. It's a pretty sharp car that just needs some general PM stuff. It has 226k on the ticker. Hopefully we'll get another 226k out of it at least :D

Yeah, it's been beautiful lately. I'll have to talk Benz diesel with you some time Bjorn. There have been a couple of nice ones in the trader lately. Hopefully we'll find a nice one this weekend.

I might have to slide over and look at it. I'll send the Mrs. to an after-Christmas sale to distract her :P

Hey Gang, The Mog drove off with a new owner last night. A nice father and son team from Newport News took it home. Maybe we'll get some new SS members out of the deal too. I had it listed here, there and everywhere and it was actually CraigsList that sold it in a matter of 2 days.

This one looks real nice for $11k.

Mike, I showed my wife the pics of the g-wagens on Sean's site and she really liked them. Maybe we can scrimp and save enough to get her one. Wouldn't have to worry about her losing it in the parking lot amongst all the cute-utes! :D

She made specific instructions: no camo, no OD regardless of sheen, no M-series, no military vehicle nothin, which is fine. She has her hobbies, cooking and decorating. I've got mine. I finally have her talked into a diesel though. She really likes the looks of the classic 80's MB sedans...
