Both the civilian and the Mil Humvee rims are DOT compliant. The original 8 bolts were not. 12 and 24 bolt mil rims have a DOT stamp on them. The Humvee rims are the only 2 piece rims that street legal. Sent from my SM-J727U using Tapatalk

Having driven the M998 and it's variants over the years with the military and changed tires to boot. Kinda makes me an expert. Of course if you are using single piece rims, you don't need the PVC or runflat inserts. Dosent take a rocket scientist to figure that out. But if your using 2 piece...
