So whats the law regarding how much of your fuel can be an additive? Even small amounts of used motor oil will turn your fuel black. I realize they are specificly looking for the red, but what would they say if it was black?

I like the glow in the dark dye. where would one aquire that? might be fun for halloween.

I wonder what theyd say if they pulled mine. "why is your fuel dyed black?". Id probably still be in the same boat.
