I found somebody who had some high speed gears and purchased the last set he had. Thanks to all that replied to this post so far. I am ordering a set of lockers for the rear, and then I dig in to the swap. What seals / parts should I order before hand? Where would I get them?

Yes there are a few companies that come up when you do a google search that claim to have the parts. Unfortunately when you call them they say they don't have them and will have to look into it and call you back. After they do call you back (if you are lucky) they tell you they can't get them...

Thanks guys for the input. No returned Call from Bryce in Florida yet. The stock tires are plenty big, don't think I'm interested in going bigger. Fast axles is the way I want to go. Does anybody know a company that works on military rigs that might be able to order ring and pinions...

I called FMTV sales in Montana. They can purchase the parts new, but they won't sell them anymore. They said they only use them for their vehicles. Any other options?
