    Stick with it and do what you need to do to keep it and let it sit until your ready. You have done the hard part and "have it". I bought a M54A2 back in 2000 to make a GunTruck and I have not done it yet. I have it and thats what counts. It will be there when I am ready.

    Well instead of replacing the M-37 bed floor, why not make it a "Box" with a steel floor and bolt it to your bed where its good??? I bet the added protection for those "land mines" would be a nice addition to that 14 GA steel. Would do what you need done and be authentic in a repair. Just...
