    Front hub / bearing stuck!

    Even without the lip worn in properly adjusted shoes are only a few thousands off the surface of the drum. Assuming there's nothing to hang on you would have to pull the hub/drum off perfectly strait to keep them from dragging on the shoes. Considering how heavy these things are, that's not...
