Here is a video of the test run out here at the shop. The last part was taken at the Amphtheatre, and everything else was taken here on our property
Thanks guys, these pictures was taken while we were running the vehicle around the property to check things out. Here it is shown next to our 1 ton van as a size comparison.
It's the standard tail light assembly with one of the Whelen TIR 3 LED's we use. They fit nicely on that part of the tail light, and we've used them on both the plastic and aluminum housings.
Thanks for the kind words guys  Waiting on the long lead time items kinda put this project on hold, but we are back in business now. Hope to have this ready for pick up by the end of the month.
papabear I dont think I have heard of Robbie Jennings, but you are welcome to drop by anytime.
Heres a few more pics. The first is the mount we made for the gas gun, and the others are at different times the LEDs cycle. When we shoot another Youtube video, you will be able to tell more about it.
Here is the console for the FLIR/PTZ cameras and the second shot is the 24VDC power supplies for the 120VAC and 12VDC circuits. All the mounting is fabricated from aluminum.
Thanks Robert, I'm sure both of us has more of this type work coming down the pipe...and you never know who's watching these threads ;-)
Sure :-D If you're in the area, give me a shout.
Looking in from the right side you can see the 32” HD display and armor liner coated panels. The original seafoam green was kept for most of the interior color
One has the early cupola, one has a V100 turret and one has the 20mm turret. The 20mm variant is the one we are restoring. It would be nice to see some photos with correct markings, so I can finish the restoration. But I am sure I'll find some sooner or later.

Here's what it looks like with epoxy on it. The last pic shows some touch up with spot putty. It's not like we are making a show piece, but there are some blemishes that I don't want to see in the final product
