    Got the PM, checked the link, you are correct Sir. The seller may have had issues with the CAT transmission and done a transplant rather than attempting a repair or putting another CAT transmission back in.

    You may be mistaking the Jake Brake actuating pedel with a clutch pedal. I've never seen a military M915/916 or other 900 models with a manual transmission.
