Gosh, so how many miles total in the deuce or approximate? Almost did a similiar type of transcontinental recovery, but didn't win the FT Riley M109A3 I was eyeballing. Oh well, no hurry. Just need to keep my eyes open

This adventure is definately an inspiration. Once before, I thought 170 mile deuce recovery would be too long. Now I am contemplating an 1900 miles deuce recovery. Got the plans in the making, just need to secure one more deuce:wink:
I sure hope you have an airride seat in that deuce. Other than than, check and top off all the fluids, change the oil, keep at least 10 gallons of extra diesel in back (just in case), bring another spare tire if you can, bring a GPS for gas stations etc, and a fully charged cell phone. You...
