Circuit breakers are on the fire wall in the engine compartment. If you have no electrical, make sure your batteries are still hooked up correctly and the main wires are not broken/chafed through. The auxillary switch ("ignition") on the dash could also be defective, preventing the gauges and lights to be powered.
There is an electric troubleshooting step-by-step in the Technical Manuals.

We just had a thread of a front harness chafing through, shorting out and causing a fire.

You really need to read and follow this: http://www.jatonkam35s.com/DeuceTechnicalManuals/TM9-2320-209-20-2-1.PDF
Chapter 25. Follow the thick black line...

Also, make sure you download and have all of the manuals applicable to your truck: http://www.jatonkam35s.com/jatonkaM35sTMdownloadpage.htm

There is only one (two, if you have a heater) circuit breakers and they sit on the firewall, near the steering column. Also, they are self-resetting. You have one (1) fuse, and that is a big boy for the fuel pump and it sits on top of the fuel tank.

Maybe this will help. Here is the wire diagram so you won't have to dig for it....however looking in the TM's listed will also be a help.

Also, if wired correct there is only a breaker for the horn relay, and one IF you have a heater circuit.

Like said there is also ONLY one fuse and it is under the cover by the fuel pump in the tank, and it only controls the in tank fuel pump. All other circuits are HOT ALL THE TIME.

At the top of this sight there is a button that sais "technical manuals" click on that then a drop down will come up, scroll down to "The deuce tms" there will be many threads for different manuals on the deuce......special interest to the one marked "TMs for the Deuce" it will list all the important books for these trucks.....get ready for LOTS of stuff to look at.
