Groveport OH question

This is my first experience with GL.
I have not bid yet but I am looking to place a bid on an item in groveport OH location. I am in Lumberton NC and pickup would be a huge issue.
I see that they have a freight option similar to veritread for GP. I have contacted them. But.....if that does not work, how hard is it going to be for me to find someone to pickup the pallet for me? just 1 pallet.

Maybe the human forklift will chime in if he is not putting out fires. He does a dang good job for having one flat tire.
