MRAP Welding TB 9-2355-434-40

I am currently deployed OCONUS Qatar and desperately need a copy of TB-9-2355-434-40 the Ground Combat Vehicle Welding Code as I am to begin the early stages of welding repairs in support of troops deployed in Hot Zones. Can anyone please send me a copy of this TB or point me where I can find it? Thanks
