    Welcome from the big easy. Nice truck probably from Ft. Polk.

    Just curious if you did the Vin stencil registration or is that from the previous owner? If previous. Did they transfer to you?

    New law passed for military surplus vehichle plate last year but I have not heard anything about vin stencil currently
