___(any manufacturer)___FNQ-R Series Class CC Time Delay Fuse, Rejection-Type, Current-Limiting, 3A, 600V

simply search FNQ-R-3
You do not need to pay the big bucks some companies want... A decent price is $3.00-9.00 each
