MEP803A Wont Shut off

Same NSN's, BUT, notice that the 10KW has a different part number for item 8. The screen was changed. The opening for the cap was bigger, and the metal was "Improved" so that the screens did not crack on the side as much. But interchangeable between 5&10 KW.

Hey guys, quick question. What prevents an 803A from shutting off after you've manually tried using the main (S1) Switch ?

Open the side door and see what the fuel shut off solenoid is doing when you turn off S1
Does it extend all the way out, towards the radiator?
Is everything still attached correctly?
Did the screw and knob fall out?
Does the lever on the side of the motor rotate fully counterclockwise until it hits the upper screw?
If everything outside is attached and functioning correctly, there may be a problem inside with either the inner part of the lever arm or the fuel rack.
How did you manually shut it off?

Is this set new to you? Have you ever seen it with your own two eyes, work right? Because if not, some of the hardware Ray mentioned, may not be the right hardware, or its not correctly hooked up. Take a picture of it, both turned off, and running. Post it here.
