Civilian generator trailer (empty) from WI to SD-ish

I'm looking for someone to pick up a civilian generator trailer (MGT1E) in Germantown, WI and bring it to (or towards) Sioux Falls, SD.

It's got a single axle, electric brakes, lunette ring, and currently an empty bare frame. Overall dimensions are 10' 10" long by 58" wide. It weighs approximately 400 pounds.
