I am haveing a had time finding out what size bushings go into the front and rear leafsprings on a stock M880 suspension.

And the fact that its all not really matching up to the same size from side to side, isnt helping. And the conversion from Metric to imperial measurements is really difficult since i dont know the exact measurements.

The front leafs measure up to about 1inch OD and ½inch inside

The rear leafs measure up to about 1 5/16 OD and 3/5inch inside

That is useing the best guesswork / conversion tables i can find.

The once iwe turned up useing a parts finder for my make an model seem to be to big by about 1/5 inch.

Any ideas on the exact measurements ?

I was just coming here to ask a similar question.

RockAuto, Advance, etc list a bushing with a 1" OD and a .5" ID, but they say that it's for a Dana 60 front axle.

Anyone know if this is also the right one (Moog SB266) for the Dana 44 front springs?

I did a little research in the TM 2320-266-24P and found the following:
Front Bushing P/N 1920540
Rear Bushing P/N 2907869

Googling theses P/N's, brought up ATS Suspension Parts and the following dimensions:
Front: 1" OD, 2.5" Sleeve Length, 2.875" Over All Length, .500" ID. Their P/N RB57 in stock, $9.99
Rear: 1.25" OD, 2.5" Sleeve Length, 2.875" Overall Length, .625" ID. Their P/N RB81 in stock, $12.89

I didn't search beyond finding them at ATS, you may find better prices elsewhere.
I'm glad I found this thread, I was going to look for these P/N's for our M886 today anyway.
