M35 Air shift Transfer Case leaking air out of top vent

Hi I have a 1966 M35A2 that had the sprag transfer case in it, but the low gear in it was busted when i purchased the truck. So I found a new reman in the box airshift transfer case. This afternoon i put it in the truck and plumbed an air line to it with an air toggle switch. When i turn on the air it will engage the transfer case but it leaks alot of air out of the top vent and starts to puke oil with it. Thanks Dustin

Thanks for the info does anyone sell a rebuild kit for these or know where to get one at
