How to report false feedback

What is the proper method to report false feedback ? I have received negative feedback from a member I have never done business with or even know who he is . But with the feedback notifacation there is no way to report abuse of the system.

I've already sent the person that gave you negative feedback a PM yesterday. As admin, I get an email every time someone hits someone with a negative feedback. I suspected this was a fraudulent feedback and am awaiting the user's response.

The feedback is for sales transactions, not personal feelings/issues.
