Color change by user?

Is there a capability for users to change the color sets on the forum display? I love the ODG semi-blackout look and feel but my eyes can't handle the lack of contrast too well.

Rare to hear complaints about the lack of contrast.

I prefer the green on green not as bright compared to black on white.
