There's a thread with the parts numbers from a couple years ago. It was not a perfect fit, but they said it fit.

Bringing this back.

Donaldson no longer makes the original air filter for the M809/M939 series trucks. It is not available thru Napa unless you use both an inner(6550) and outer unit (2982) . I have not tried this setup that I found in another thread. This setup though only has 675cfm (2982) and 700 for (6550)

I did some measuring on a stock filter today. 15.5" tall. 12.067 inches in diameter overall with a 7" inside diameter.

I ran it thru wix and came back with the following filter that is close to the actual dimensions except for the inside diameter. This diameter is 5.7" across but the filter moved 900cfm's so it is more than the original filter.
Wix filter # 42984
Height - 15.758"
Overall Diameter - 12.099"

I will try to acquire one of these this week and report back. All of the dimensions are near the same except the inside which doesn't matter since it is pulling more CFM's than the stock one by far. This would work better if you cut the inside ring out of the air filter housing where it sits.

The thread above in the link shows something that is similar to this filter. I am working on something different as well in which you could cut the top of the filter out and make it a hole thru the metal. Spin the filter around so the metal end goes into the engine side of the filter box. Then take a piece of flat stock and make a cover for the opposite end and just glue it to that end blocking off the factory hole.

I have complete housings with filters that will replace the stock housing with minimal effort for $50 plus the ride.

I have air filters that are the same length exactly, diameter in 1" smaller for better air flow. Photo comparison to original in my photos, in parts file

The P126300 in your picture is only a 500cfm air filter. Still quite restrictive being that you only utilize 70% of the surface area in the original air box.
