Will the E-rated MT/R tires fit on 12 wheels with the MT runflats?

They do fit.
But the max. allowed air pressures don't match: E-rated tires are 65psi cold, but the 12-bolt wheels are only good for max. 50psi tire pressure. (= Load range D).

Ok, cool. I was thinking about buying some 24 bolt wheels anyway. Any idea if the 12 bolt run flats are different than the 24 bolt?

No. Whatever style RFs you got they will work on either wheel.
