1009 slave jumping

What are the proceedures for jumping a M1009 with slave cables from a M35, is this a two person operation, or can one man do the job.

and you want to be sure both trucks have the same connectors. lots of the 1009's were nato plugs and the M35's were 2 prong. adaptors can be had to make it work.
