1078 LMTV cab fan install and electrical tie in

I need to install a couple of fans in the cab of my 1078 LMTV for passenger comfort. There seems to be a number of options, even OEM, however, I noticed that the latter are 24 VDC. Does anyone have any experience installing personal fans in the cab and if so, should I look for 24 or 12 Volt models? Next question, from an electrical connection perspective, where should these be tied in?
