You need to re-learn the shift points. You can also re-calibrate the throttle position sensor at the same time.

Make sure the hand throttle is all the way down.

turn on the main switch, wait till the trans display/TCU indicates neutral then turn off main switch. Do this on/off sequence 5 times total. After 5 cycles, turn the main switch on and wait for the trans display to illuminate. You are now in learn mode and it has stored the minimum throttle position. Press the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor then release it. The TCU now knows min and max throttle position. Press the start button and take it for a drive allowing the trans to shift thru all gears so it can re-learn the shift points.

I would recommend you drive the truck for a while before you put it in learning mode so the trans fluid is up to a respectable temperature...
