All-
Adding a front winch to my M1114. It already has a rear winch installed and after getting the majority of it done, I've realized I only have 1 port on the hydro-boost and power steering gear box for hoses.

I know others have 2 winches, and I'm curious as to how that problem was overcome. I've been to literally every fitting/hose store in my area and no luck.

If anyone can tell me what to search for as far as a manifold, block etc I would greatly appreciate it.

If you provide links, I'll give you 10 cool points.

Thanks in advance.

Look on here as someone adapted the oe set up to accept dual hoses. I remember reading it when I was thinking of doing dual but went another direction.

Nothing oe has both winches.

Oring ports and metric If I remember correctly will be tricky more than older std flare.

look at post 2698
Thanks bud!
I just spoke to the guy at Mile Marker who designed the system. He's emailing me detailed instructions on how to do it. It sounds simple.

Once he does and I get it installed, I'll post a "How to" thread.

I'm pretty sure you would simply put the new valve in line with the original valve (series connection)

How is the wiring handled?

Converting to JIC fittings will make it much easier to service and make hoses. that is pretty common fittings in the hd , construction, and farm market.

The wiring was straightforward. I did have to lengthen the connections on the winch as all of my wiring was for a 998 and the REV teucks are 1 1/2' longer, but that wasn't too bad.

I changed the fitting on the gear box sode of my longest hose and used that as a return to tank.
I had to mount a second winch controller, which was a HUGE PITA...

Once that was done it was a matter of mounting it. Out came the floor jack and...

Done!
