does anyone have a wiring diagram for my 2000 k3500 6 5 diesel. 4l80 trans.
Under the dash is a mess. I need dash harness diagram

This forum deals with CUCVs, not Chevys in general. CUCVs are 1984 K30 Chevy trucks and Blazers fitted with a few military doodads, like brush guards and combat lights.

If it's a 2000, it's not a CUCV. If it's a CUCV, it's not a 2000.

That label location does not look quite right. Can you post a pic of the whole truck?

OP does have a CUCV, a CUCV II or CUCV 2 to be specific. Nobody has posted the GM factory wiring diagram for the CUCV II to include the under dash changes. There is a diagram for the charging circuit that a member has drawn up and posted.

Yes. Although General Motors was a little wrong here. OP has a shelter carrier CUCV II. With the original GM CUCVs, the shelter carrier is called a M1028. So technically GM should have called this one a M1028A4 because A1, A2 and A3 were already assigned to versions of the older trucks.

That's not a little wrong. That's completely wrong. The M1028 already existed. The same model number should not have been re-used. Nice way to sow confusion!
